Sue is an experienced healthcare leader who believes that everyone should have access to affordable, excellent health care services when they need it and when they want it.
After seeing the long wait times for consults and the even longer wait times for elective surgeries as well as the high prices of private surgical clinics Sue knew there had to be a better option.
Sue completed a lot of research on international options and then travelled to Istanbul to meet with accredited health care teams, surgeons, clinics and hospitals where she learned about the service excellence and culture of care that is available in Türkiye.
It was there that she realized there is a better way to get people the healthcare procedures they want, when they want them and at an affordable price. From this knowledge she along with her partners started Lewis Medix International Health Services, a company that will always have a client centred approach to customer service.
Sue understands that travelling abroad for medical services is a big decision and strives to ensure that each persons personal health care journey is tailored to their unique needs – from start to finish. As the company Founder Sue made sure that Lewis Medix team has strong foundations in place so that the team always provides caring, compassionate excellent customer service to each and every client.

Fettah is our onsite Customer Care Manager in Istanbul and one of the original partners within Aslan & Lewis International Health Services.
