Sue Lewis

Sue is an experienced healthcare leader who believes everyone deserves timely, high‑quality, and affordable care. After seeing firsthand the long waits for consultations and elective procedures—and the high costs of private options—she set out to find a better solution.

Her research into global healthcare models showed that people can access excellent medical services, shorter wait times, and more affordable procedures through trusted international partners. This insight inspired her to create Lewis Medix International Health Services, a medical tourism company built on a foundation of compassion, transparency, and client‑centred care.

Sue understands that travelling abroad for medical services is a significant decision. Along with her team, Sue ensures every client’s journey is personalized, supported, and seamless from start to finish. As the CEO, she established strong service standards, so that the Lewis Medix team consistently delivers caring, respectful, and exceptional support.

Fettah ASLAN

Fettah is our onsite Customer Care Manager in Istanbul and one of the original partners within Aslan & Lewis International Health Services. 

From arranging airport and hospital transport, translation services or by delivering individualized customer service he is available to help our clients by providing excellence in client support whilst they are in Istanbul. 

Understanding that your primary reason for travelling to Istanbul is for a medical procedure it is also important to highlight that Istanbul is an exciting and exotic location and  you may just want explore and see some of the local sights.  Istanbul has grand historic landmarks, winding lanes filled with markets and bazaars, modern shopping centres, fabulous restaurants and the beautiful Bosphorus and Sea of Marmara.

Istanbul is truly a delight and has something to offer everyone.   And as a proud citizen of Istanbul Fettah can provide guidance on things to do and sights to see during your stay and he will work closely with the patient care team to ensure your activities align with your post-operative care plan.

His friendly client first approach will ensure you are well supported during your stay.
